2019 Chevrolet Equinox
Hop in the 2019 Chevrolet Equinox and head into the sunset wrapped in modern style, comfort, and safety.
Why buy the 2019 Chevrolet Equinox?
Choose the Equinox because you’re in need of a comfortable, high-tech ride that offers all the latest safety features. This compact crossover is also one of the few in its class to offer high-end luxury features. From the made-to-order base L model to the upscale Premier, the Equinox provides a smooth, engaging performance. Every Equinox is stocked with an impressive array of tech features to keep you safely connected, including standard Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration.
What’s new for the 2019 Chevy Equinox?
This year, the Equinox offers a higher-resolution display on both its infotainment screen options. Even the base infotainment screen features Chevy’s MyLink technology, which includes complete smartphone integration. Another new feature is adaptive cruise control, which can speed up or slow down according to traffic flow to create peaceful highway ride. For LT models, a new Lights and Brights package gives the Equinox a shiny new look, with features that include bright 19-inch wheels and grille surround.
Which 2019 Chevrolet Equinox is best?
You can test-drive three Equinox trims: the built-to-order L, nicely stocked LS, mid-grade LT, and high-end Premier. The one that’s best is the one that works for both you personal budget and sense of style.
Because the Equinox L is made to order, you’re unlikely to find it on the dealership lot. However, should you want to make the most of your budget, it’s always an option. The L is nicely stocked, with modern conveniences like keyless entry and ignition and an in-cabin Wi-Fi hotspot. Every Equinox comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so you can use your smartphone through the central MyLink infotainment center. The engine stop-start system turns the engine off when you’re stopped in traffic to save gas. Before you back up, use the standard rearview camera to spot any obstacles lurking in your path.
You’ll save big with the Equinox LS, but you’ll never feel like you’re missing out on modern creature comforts. This model adds to the L lineup with a spare tire, a tire jack, and floor mats. The LS also gives you access to features that aren’t available to the base L, such as traction-enhancing all-wheel drive.
On the 2019 Chevrolet Equinox LT, you’ll find some extra on-road conveniences, including xenon headlights and rear privacy glass. With this model comes three impressive package options. The Infotainment package stands out, keeping you connected with an 8-inch touchscreen, navigation, and two USB ports in the armrest bin to charge devices. When you opt into the Sun and Navigation package, you get the Infotainment package plus a sunroof to brighten your drives.
If you can’t live without the finer things, the Premier is the trim for you. This Equinox puts you up in fancy perforated leather upholstery and highlights your nighttime drives with ambient interior lighting. The Premier’s LED headlights and taillights are the perfect companion on a moonless country road. Chrome exterior trim and 18-inch wheels further set the Premier apart from the pack.
